Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for Web Analytics to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our analytics capabilities across digital properties. This role is critical to ensuring that our teams have the insights they need to understand user behavior, optimize customer journeys, and drive business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—engineering, data science, design, marketing, and legal/privacy teams—to build analytics solutions that deliver accurate, actionable insights while respecting user privacy and compliance standards.

  • Partner with data, engineering, and marketing teams for robust implementation of analytics tools.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements for metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Drive initiatives for event tracking, tagging, data governance, and taxonomy standardization.
  • Ensure all analytics practices align with privacy and compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA, GPC).
  • Champion data quality, accuracy, and reliability across digital properties.
  • Collaborate with experimentation and personalization teams to ensure robust data flows for A/B testing, targeting, and segmentation.
  • Provide expertise on marketing pixels, Segment.io, customer journey data, and web analytics integrations.
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years focused on analytics, data, or measurement platforms.
  • Strong expertise in web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Power BI) and implementation strategies.
  • Proven ability to define KPIs, metrics, and event frameworks that drive business impact.
  • Familiarity with privacy and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, GPC, cookie consent management).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working with data teams, writing requirements for data pipelines, and ensuring accuracy in reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into clear requirements for metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
  • Drive initiatives for event tracking, tagging, data governance, and taxonomy standardization
  • Ensure all analytics practices align with privacy and compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA, GPC, etc.)
  • Champion data quality, accuracy, and reliability across digital properties
  • Collaborate with experimentation and personalization teams to ensure robust data flows for A/B testing, targeting, and segmentation
  • Deliver content performance insights by analyzing engagement with web pages, articles, campaigns, and digital assets to help teams optimize content strategy
  • Provide expertise on marketing pixels, Segment.io, customer journey data, and web analytics integrations
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for web analytics, educating stakeholders and advocating for best practices
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our analytics stack best-in-class

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years focused on analytics, data, or measurement platforms
  • Strong expertise in web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Power BI etc.) and implementation strategies
  • Proven ability to define KPIs, metrics, and event frameworks that drive business impact
  • Familiarity with privacy and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, GPC, cookie consent management)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills—able to balance technical detail with strategic storytelling
  • Comfortable working with data teams, writing requirements for data pipelines, and ensuring accuracy in reporting
  • Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
