Job Description

The Senior E-Commerce Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing an annual business plan including sales, profit targets, and customer experience improvements. They will work to expand the business, increase market share, and maximize sell-out. Management of marketing budgets is also included to deliver effective activation of products. The role involves achieving sustainable e-commerce business growth through strategic planning and effective collaboration. Ongoing analysis of key business metrics, including site traffic and conversion rates, is also required.

You are responsible for
1.Develop annual business plan (Sell in/ UL/GMV target, promotion, budget, customer
experiences improvement)
2.Expand the current business to increase market share and maximize sell-out.
3. Manage A&P and G2N to deliver effectiveness for activation. well managed with
distributor/platform P&L.
4.Achieve sustainable e-commence business growth with the winning strategy, portfolio,
effective cross-functional collaboration.
5.Ongoing analysis of key business metrics including site traffic, conversion analysis,
and marketing share review.
6.Closely coordinate with marketing team and TM team on category plan.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
