The role involves creating requirements, performing integration, designing testing frameworks, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Must have:
  • Creating requirements and architecture for safety or mission critical systems
  • Designing, writing, testing, and documenting embedded software for safety or mission critical systems
  • Perform integration (software/hardware and software/software) and component-level testing
  • Design and implement testing frameworks and create comprehensive test plans
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in an embedded systems environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
  • 7+ years of embedded software development experience
  • 5+ years of embedded software development for safety-critical or mission-critical systems
  • 2+ years of experience in software development per DO-178C
  • 1+ years of experience with digital logic design
  • 1+ years of model-based software development experience
  • Proficiency in C, C++, and Python programming languages
  • Strong understanding of digital logic design principles
  • Experience with the full software development lifecycle
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

As Senior Embedded Software Engineer you will;

  • Creating requirements and architecture for safety or mission critical systems
  • Designing, writing, testing, and documenting embedded software for safety or mission critical systems
  • Perform integration (software/hardware and software/software) and component-level testing
  • Design and implement testing frameworks and create comprehensive test plans
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in an embedded systems environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
  • 7+ years of embedded software development experience
  • 5+ years of embedded software development for safety-critical or mission-critical systems
  • 2+ years of experience in software development per DO-178C
  • 1+ years of experience with digital logic design
  • 1+ years of model-based software development experience
  • Proficiency in C, C++, and Python programming languages
  • Strong understanding of digital logic design principles
  • Experience with the full software development lifecycle
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
