What you'll get to do...

• As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a successful team in shaping the technical vision and strategy for building tools and solutions for our CARE team to improve guide-facing products, as well as build innovative new experiences using AI
• Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the high-quality delivery of products while fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation within your team
• You will partner closely with product management and other teams to define and implement the technical roadmap, setting clear project milestones that align with business objectives

Your experience should include...

• 12+ years of experience delivering customer-facing products at scale, with strong expertise in large-scale data systems, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
• Engineering Leadership: 4+ years as an engineering manager, building effective teams, fostering inclusive and engaging workplace environments, and leading high-performing engineering groups.
• Cloud & Infrastructure Skills: 2+ years of hands-on experience with cloud computing (AWS preferred), container orchestration, and cloud-native platforms.
• Ownership & Delivery: Proven ability to design, build, and deliver scalable, production-quality software solutions end-to-end.
• Innovation & AI: Passion for technology and innovation, with experience in building AI-driven products and capability to drive company AI initiatives.

You might also have...

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred)
