Your New Role…
As the FP&A CoE Content Networks Senior Manager you will support content amortization expense domain within COE for EMEA Region which offers you a great opportunity to participate in the transformation roadmap and setting standards for FP&A processes related to content. You will be responsible for supporting Programming Teams as well as Regional CFO & Finance team with providing high-quality data, models’ update and various analysis, support forecasting and month end close process in the content expense P&L part.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Managing team of up to 6 individuals and supporting them in monthly forecast and annual budget process of content amortization, dubbing & subbing as well KPI reporting
Provide high quality financial information and insights from managed content amortization area to business partners to support strategic and tactical decision-making process
Monitor actuals utilization vs forecast, budget/prior year and provide required commentary on key variances.
Early identification and communication to stakeholders of risks and opportunities related to managed area.
Initiate and design standard FP&A processes within the managed content amortization domain and ensure effectiveness and efficiency of these processes.
Support KPI reporting for content metrics.
Advise and drive developments in FP&A systems (e.g. Oracle EPM, data visualization, self-service dashboards) to provide more accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
Manage communication and responsiveness to stakeholder requests and questions in a timely manner based on criticality of business.
Collaborate with Accounting and Transactional Finance teams to improve financial processes related to managed content amortization area.
Seek for constant process and routines improvements in the duties and task under its scope.
Qualifications & Experience…
6+ years’ experience in Finance function in FP&A department.
Experience in managing highly motivated teams of more than 4 individuals
Diversified experience in financial reporting, forecasting, planning, modelling, and strong analytical skills
Self-motivated individual, detail-oriented with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential as well as strong initiative and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Intermediate proficiency level in Excel and other financial data analysis tools and techniques.
Ability to build confidence and trust based long term relationships with department members and external business partners.
Experience working accurately and efficiently with high volumes of data under strict deadlines.
Motivated by challenging, high-energy environment.
Strong organizational skills, very detailed oriented, and deadline driven.
Experience in Entertainment industry is a plus.
