What you’ll be doing:
Conceptualize, define, produce and prioritize game features based on overall product vision including the overall look, core game elements and mechanics, compulsion loops and monetization strategies
Effectively design with minimal supervision, taking ownership of quality and completion of creative content using tools and design software
Oversee all elements of gameplay, story, characters, level design and scripts including feature documentation, diagrams, wireframes and/or prototypes and game design documents
Analyze real-time feedback, analytics in a constructive manner with logical and reasoned suggestions/solutions to improve on designs
Identify and recommend tools and process improvements in game design
Pitch new ideas to the team and hold brainstorming sessions
Tune and model complex game systems using Excel
Work closely with game designers, developers and artists and testers and oversee the implementation of new features and systems.
Mentor, coordinate and evaluate the work results delivered by the design team
Analyze key performance indicators, user testing and feedback, recommend design solutions, and modify game concepts accordingly
Deep awareness of the competitive market place and target audience
Breakdown design goals into smaller technical tasks
Stay current on customer queries from support and marketing channels
Stay current on industry trends including new game genres, game design best practices, and emerging technology
What you’ll bring:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in designing casual mobile games
NID graduates preferred
Experience in creating and balancing free to play game economies and reward systems
Hands on experience in level design and creation
Experience designing user interfaces and flowcharts
Attention to detail
Experience mentoring less experienced designers or leading a design team
Outstanding communication skills-both written and spoken
Self-motivated with ability to think analytically and diagnose issues and take initiatives to solve problems and challenges.

Experience in working on social games is a strong bonus
Degree in Game Design or related field
