• Ownership and High Standards: Take ownership and support of core engine systems, maintain high standards of game engine performance, ensure that our game delivers an exceptional experience;
• Technical Expertise: Strong game engine development skills to dive deep into technical details, contribute to performance improvements, and enhance the code base by implementing features and optimising low-level systems;
• Technical Feasibility and Assessment: Understand project goals, identify development requirements, and assess technical feasibility to ensure alignment with goals;
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to remain competitive in the gaming industry;
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to meet technical requirements and promote innovation within our projects;
• Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing: Help and share your knowledge with team members and studio teams and contribute to a culture of learning and growth;
• Documentation: Write clear and comprehensive technical documentation to assist future development and maintenance efforts;
• Code Reviews: Actively participate in code reviews, providing feedback that promotes the highest standards of work.
