- Minimum 5 years of experience as a slot game mathematician.
- Deep expertise in probability, statistics, combinatorics, and their application to game math.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to simulate models, perform sensitivity analysis, and interpret results.
- Experience debugging, testing, and validating math logic in collaboration with engineers.
- Competency in Excel, simulation tools, or equivalent modeling software.
- Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g. Python, C++, JavaScript).
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across design, dev, and QA.
- Experience mentoring or training more junior team members.

As a Senior Game Mathematician, you will be instrumental in creating compelling math that drives gameplay, ensuring mechanics are balanced, engaging, and aligned with casino player behavior. You will be part of the full game lifecycle, from ideation to live operations, working closely with Producers, Development, and QA teams.
Responsibilities

- Design and develop math models that define game mechanics, paytables, RTP, volatility, and other core parameters
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and integration of game math
- Support debugging and troubleshooting of math-related issues during development and testing
- Partner with the design and production teams to create math models for new game features and innovative mechanics
- Support the building of playable prototypes together with developers to validate concepts and player experience
- Continuously develop technical skills to independently code and test game logic where needed
- Follow internal Core Guidelines and industry best practices to ensure top-tier user experience (UX) and compliance
- Take part in day-to-day studio operations, contributing to planning and cross-team collaboration

- Train and mentor other team members, sharing expertise in game math and development processes

Requirements
