As a senior member of our fantastic Math team, you will:

• Consistently create strong, innovative game math that sets our titles apart
• Design and develop mathematical models that bring our game ideas to life
• Coach and mentor other members of the Math team, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Take part in the entire game creation process, from concept to live release
• Collaborate closely with Game Designers, Developers, Artists, and Product Owners to create unforgettable games
• Run simulations, analyze data, and fine-tune gameplay balance until it feels just right
• Build tools that make your own (and your teammates’) work easier, smarter, and more fun
• Drive increased efficiency in processes, ensuring the team works at its very best

This is not just number crunching. It’s creativity through code, strategy through stats, and innovation through insights.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience
• Has a strong foundation in math, statistics, or computer science
• Knows how probability, player psychology, and gameplay intertwine
• Brings proven experience of delivering game math at a high level
• Has a sharp eye for detail and a love for problem-solving
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
• Is comfortable in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
• Thrives in an international and multicultural setting

We also wish that you:

• Know your way around Java or similar programming languages
• Are a gamer at heart: board games, video games, puzzles, it doesn’t matter. You get what makes games fun.
• Have experience working with slot games or the iGaming industry (this will make us extra excited!)
