Job Description

As a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence for Acquisition and Performance Marketing, you will drive Digital Marketing strategies by developing and implementing full-funnel behavioral analysis. This includes website traffic, visitor behavior, product performance, and sales performance across digital transactional channels. You will collaborate globally, working with analytics and Data Science teams, and report to the Sr. Director of Analytics, Data & Systems. This role requires experience in model building and statistical analysis to achieve business growth and enhance customer experience.
Must have:
  • 5+ years as a Business Intelligence manager or equivalent work experience
  • Collaborate with teams to understand complex analytical challenges
  • Collect and analyze website performance data (traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, user behavior)
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards with actionable insights
  • Support planning and evaluation of proper tagging of relevant web properties
  • Perform customer segmentation and cohort analysis
  • Track effectiveness of online advertising campaigns (click-through rates, conversion attribution, ROAS)
  • Experience with model building
  • Proficiency in using statistics to achieve business growth and improve customer experience

Position Overview

Sr Manager- Business Intelligence for our fast-expanding Acquisition and Perfromance Marketing, you will help shape and drive our Digital Marketing strategies. Your primary focus will develop and implement full funnel behavioral analysis related to website traffic, visitor behavior, product performance, and sales performance across all owned digital transactional channels (.com, account, product, etc). Your role will be collaborative, working with global partners and other teams outside of the immediate organization, such as other analytics and Data Science teams. You will be reporting to the Sr, Director of Analytics, Data & Systems.

This is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced analyst, with experience with model building and using the power of statistics to achieve business growth and improve customer experience in the digital world.

Responsibilities

  • 5+ years as a Manager--Business Intelligence manager or equivalent work experience
  • Collaborate with our teams to understand complex analytical challenges and identify opportunities for Web Analytics-driven solutions
  • Collect and analyze website performance data, including traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and user behavior to monitor trends and identify opportunities
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards, summarizing key findings and presenting actionable insights to the Digital eCommerce team and other stakeholders• Support in the planning and evaluation of proper tagging of relevant web properties
  • Work with Web Analyst to perform customer segmentation and cohort analysis to understand the digital behavior and preferences of different customer groups, including product performance and customer experience
  • Collaborate with Digital marketing team in tracking the effectiveness of online advertising campaigns, including click-through rates, conversion attribution, and return on ad spend (ROAS)

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $125,800 and $203,500. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
