This role is within the Global Reward Team, supporting the Head of Executive Remuneration. The Senior Manager will design, implement, and maintain effective executive remuneration and incentive plans, ensuring alignment with long-term value, talent attraction, retention, and engagement across LSEG. The role involves advising Remuneration Committees, analyzing regulatory trends, and leading on reporting.
Must have:
  • Advise Remuneration Committees, Boards, and senior management on remuneration policy and incentive plan design.
  • Assist with analysis and writing papers for LSEG and LCH Remuneration Committees.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic priorities.
  • Analyse regulatory and corporate governance trends for compliance.
  • Lead on writing and analysis for Directors Remuneration Report, shareholder letters, and AGM materials.
  • Build executive joiner and leaver packages.
  • Proven technical, analytical, and stakeholder management experience in Financial Services or Consulting reward.
  • Strong experience in incentive design.
  • Sound knowledge and technical capabilities in UK plc environment, including reporting requirements and corporate governance best practice.
  • Strong written, numerical, and analytical skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience drafting Remuneration Committee papers and annual reporting.
  • Experience of UK remuneration regulations.

This is a role in the Global Reward Team supporting the Head of Executive Remuneration in designing, implementing and maintaining effective executive remuneration and incentive plans that support the attraction, retention and engagement of talent across LSEG and ensure alignment to long-term, sustainable value. You will be part of a successful team that gained a very high shareholder vote in favour of an ambitious Remuneration Policy in a complex executive pay environment.

What You'll be doing;

  • Play a key role in advising Remuneration Committees, Boards and senior management on remuneration policy, incentive plan design, executive remuneration recommendations and other relevant items (including M&A activity), ensuring the creation of long-term, sustainable value.
  • Assist with the analysis and writing of papers for the LSEG and LCH Remuneration Committees and other paper/ reports.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic priorities, ensuring incentive plans align with business goals, shareholder views are considered, and legal compliance is maintained.
  • Analyse regulatory and corporate governance trends to support Remuneration Committees and senior management to ensure compliance with local regulations, legislation and alignment to corporate governance and market best practice.
  • Lead on the writing and analysis for the Directors Remuneration Report, shareholder letters and AGM materials.
  • Build executive joiner and leaver packages.
  • Participate in wider global Reward projects, as appropriate.

What You'll bring;

  • Proven technical, analytical and stakeholder management experience within a Financial Services or Consulting reward environment.
  • Strong experience in incentive design.
  • Sound knowledge and technical capabilities in UK plc environment, including reporting requirements and corporate governance best practice.
  • Experience drafting Remuneration Committee papers and annual reporting desired.
  • Experience of UK remuneration regulations desired.
  • Strong team player who has proven the ability to work with multiple teams.
  • Ability to prioritise, handle own time and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong written, numerical and analytical skills.
