We're seeking a Senior Manager of UX Research to lead our research team's transformation into a forward-thinking insights organization that drives innovation and shapes future product roadmaps. This role combines deep research expertise with a genuine passion for emerging technologies, particularly in API ecosystems, artificial intelligence, and next-generation platform experiences.
As our Senior Manager of UX Research, you'll guide the evolution of research from traditional discovery and validation to strategic foresight, ensuring our research investments deliver impact across our diverse platform portfolio spanning both consumer and developer ecosystems. You'll lead and develop a high-performing team, nurturing their growth into strategic researchers who bridge emerging technology possibilities with human-centered insights.
You will report into the Director of User Experience, Platform Services and Emerging Technologies (PSET). This role can be a remote Canadian candidate or hybrid employee reporting into a hub office based in Canada.
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
