Senior Manager, Security - Travel Safe Program

Position Summary...

Join us as a Sr. Manager, Travel Safe Program and play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our travelers. This is a unique opportunity to lead critical travel safety initiatives, respond to global events, and make a real impact on our associates’ security while traveling for business.

Our Travel Safe Program is dedicated to proactively identifying and mitigating travel risks, providing timely safety information, and supporting travelers in emergencies. We collaborate across departments to ensure compliance with company policies and deliver best-in-class travel safety solutions. In this role, you’ll help shape our global travel safety strategy and support our mission to protect people and operations.

What you'll do...

• Oversee risk assessments related to travel and security in US and international markets and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide travel safety training and emergency support
• Lead crisis response efforts and coordinate with global teams
• Drive continuous improvement through post-event analysis

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in crisis management, risk assessment, or travel safety
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects
• Knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
