Insider, a leading AI-native B2B SaaS company, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for North America. This role involves building and executing the marketing strategy for the region, focusing on increasing awareness, driving engagement, and generating leads. Responsibilities include managing demand generation, ABM, events, customer marketing, web, content, and PR. The manager will also own event marketing calendars, create locally relevant marketing assets like case studies and whitepapers, and collaborate with sales to measure program performance. The ideal candidate has a passion for B2B marketing and experience in building market presence for a unicorn SaaS company.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably SaaS
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

We are currently looking for our Senior Marketing Manager, North America. Day in and day out of a Senior Marketing Manager, North America at Insider:

    • Builds and owns the marketing strategy and execution for North America, working closely with the global marketing team, your local team of marketing specialists, and the local sales team, to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates,
    • Manages all local marketing activities: demand generation, ABM, events, customer marketing, web, content, and PR
    • Owns the event marketing program calendars, organizing both Insider events and industry events, managing all aspects of the projects from speaker recruitment to logistics
    • Creates locally relevant assets to aid with sales and campaigns - case studies, whitepapers, guides
    • Works closely with sales to measure program performance and lead quality

We want you to join us while we are taking a step into the future if you have;

    • a degree in Business, Marketing or a related field,
    • +5 years of previous experience in B2B marketing, ideally for a SaaS business,solid leadership skills with experience in building and managing teams.
    • Good knowledge of digital space
    • Experience using marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Salesforce) 
    • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to create and pitch compelling marketing materials
    • Strong creative problem-solving skills,
    • Extraordinary attention to detail,
    • Excellent event planning and execution skills
    • Ability to maintain a positive attitude,
