Must have:
  • Lead and execute annual performance review process, compensation planning, and promotion cycles.
  • Manage employee relations and support managers with coaching and development.
  • Design and roll out employee surveys and follow-up action planning.
  • Build training and development programs, including manager enablement and career growth frameworks.
  • Maintain and evolve people policies, documentation, and compliance practices.
  • Partner on compensation strategy, equity allocation, and benchmarking tools.
  • Improve internal processes and systems for onboarding, off-boarding, and employee lifecycle operations.
  • Support HRIS administration and reporting.
  • Experience in People Operations or HR generalist roles at a fast-paced, high-growth startup.
  • Strong background in performance management, compensation planning, and employee lifecycle systems.
  • Familiarity with California and multi-state employment laws.
  • Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Lead and execute our annual performance review process, compensation planning, and promotion cycles

  • Support HRIS administration and reporting

  • Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
