The Strategy & Reporting Senior Manager will report to the Vice President of Global People Solutions (GPS) and provide leadership to a global team responsible for delivering exceptional colleagues experiences, centralizing and optimizing People lifecycle processes and enhancing global solutions for the People Team. This role will play an integral part in developing stronger partnerships across the organization, driving data-driven decision-making, and enhancing organizational maturity through the GPS Make It Possible Strategy.
The leader is responsible for the development, implementation, and effective execution of global GPS Make it Possible Strategy across Best-in-Class Operations, Productive partnerships, and great place the work. This role will focus on the elevation of GPS performance, driving alignment, global consistency, and speed of execution. This will include the implementation of an integrated and aligned strategy to grow and sustain our People Solutions value proposition and value to Visa colleagues and business partners. Key to success of this role will be the ability to developing holistic internal solutions, building an integrated roadmap for execution, and partnering across the GPS Leadership team to demonstrate results and impact of execution. This leader will need to build strong relationships across the People team.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for risk management, compliance, quality assessment, financial tracking, and productivity management. They will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead operational oversight and performance of the GPS organization across all facets of operations. This includes our premier services, our optimized processes, our partnerships in the region and the colleague culture across the region.
Lead and implement the GPS Shared Service Strategy and Governance Model including:
Develop, implement, and manage risk management strategies and compliance frameworks.
Oversee financial tracking, reporting, and forecasting activities.
