Job Description

This role involves assessing, developing, and implementing quality and business process strategies, programs, and improvements across the company. The Senior Process Improvement Analyst will analyze and recommend company standards for quality measurement, function consultatively with various departments for process mapping, documentation, and re-engineering, and develop customer satisfaction surveys. The position requires leading complex projects and developing creative solutions, demonstrating specialized expertise.
Must Have:

  • Demonstrate specialized expertise to evaluate complex issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience with a Master's degree, 3 years with a Bachelor's, or 5 years with a high school degree.
