Responsibilities:

• Work with the Executive Producer to manage and improve IEGG’s game development pipeline
• Interface with Development Teams and Partner Teams to ensure regular flow of information between them and the Tencent central teams
• Track and follow up on key action points agreed upon during Gate Reviews
• Keep tracking and anticipating the future GR/deliverable/
• Provide and consolidate feedback during Gate Reviews of IEGG projects
• Find ways to optimize IEGG’s dev processes and improve transparency
• Keep track of changes to project budgets and timelines and ensure they are

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of full cycle game development and project management.
• Prior experience of shipping at least two games as Associate Producer or equivalent project management role.
• Excellent presentation, organization, time management, and cross-department communication skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
• Proven experience navigating complex and multicultural organizations
• Passionate about playing and creating video games.
