Job Description
The role involves planning and executing community activities based on overall product operation plans, aiming to increase community engagement and activity. Responsibilities include gathering user feedback on product updates, communicating updates to core community members, and facilitating pre-release testing and feedback. The position also requires collaborating with third-party communities to promote the product. The goal is to foster a vibrant and engaged community around the game, ensuring player satisfaction and driving product improvement.
Good To Have:
- Good understanding of European and American culture and familiarity with local culture.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate daily in both languages. Additional points for local German/French language skills.
- Ability to work across time zones and possess good stress resistance and communication skills.
- Work is responsible and willing to accept challenges.
Must Have:
- Experience in mobile game community operations, planning various community events.
- Familiarity with shooting mobile games, with deep product experience.
- Enjoys interacting with players and engaging within the community.

岗位职责
- 社群活动规划，根据产品整体运营规划，规划社群内的活动规划，并推进落地相关社群活动的展开并持续迭代优化，提升各社群粘性和活跃度
- 产品反馈收集，根据产品内容更新，及时收集各项内容社群内不同玩家的用户反馈，并将用户反馈及时同步产品和HQ，帮助产品调优
- 产品优化同步，及时根据产品规划的内容，结合用户的反馈，向核心社群玩家及时同步其更新计划，提升玩家满意度
- 版本前置体验，需要引导玩家前置进入测试服体验版本内容，并收集整体产品反馈，帮助产品前置调优产品设计
- 竞品及三方社群联动，结合产品节点和内容，扩展更多三方社群的联动活动，帮助扩大产品宣传
岗位要求
- 有手游社群运营相关的经验，独立策划过各类社群活动 射击手游的重度爱好者
- 熟悉各种射击类手游，有较深的产品体验经验
- 喜欢和玩家交流，能沉浸社群内和玩家互动
- 对欧美文化有较好的了解和认识，熟悉本土文化
- 中英文熟练，能够用中文和英文进行日常的沟通交流，如果会本地德语/法语加分
- 能够接受跨时区的工作，具有较好的抗压能力和沟通协作能力
- 工作认真负责，乐于接受挑战
