Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI Search. This role involves defining and executing the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for AI-driven search and discovery features, such as token/transaction search and personalized recommendations. You will leverage large-scale datasets to optimize search relevance and user engagement, and collaborate with engineering and data science teams on AI/ML model deployment. The position requires designing seamless search interfaces, analyzing market trends in AI and cryptocurrency, and aligning product goals with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML-driven search or data-intensive products, and a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts.
Must have:

Responsibilities
- AI Search Strategy: Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for AI-driven search and discovery features (e.g., token/transaction search, predictive analytics, personalized recommendations)
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize large-scale datasets (on-chain/off-chain user behavior) to identify patterns, optimize search relevance, and improve user engagement
- AI/ML Integration: Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design and deploy scalable AI models (NLP, semantic search, ranking algorithms) that enhance search accuracy and speed
- User Experience Design: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, intuitive search interfaces that cater to both retail and institutional users
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, search technologies, and cryptocurrency to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
- Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with executives, compliance, and product teams to align product goals with business objectives and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in product management, with 3+ years focused on AI/ML-driven search, recommendation systems, or data-intensive products. Prior experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency is a strong plus
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, neural networks, vector databases) and hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and A/B testing methodologies
- Familiarity with search technologies (Elasticsearch, Solr) and LLM-driven applications
- User-Centric Mindset: Demonstrated ability to balance technical complexity with simplicity in UX/UI design
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
- Adaptability: Thrive in ambiguity and rapidly evolving markets; passion for blockchain/crypto is essential
