We are now looking for a Senior Product Manager with a focus on Live Operations to join the Angry Birds Friends team located across our HQ in Finland and the Barcelona Studio. You will be owning live operations for the game, taking responsibility for the game optimisations and working side by side with design to balance game economy and ensure overall success of our monetization strategy.

You will have impact and fun at work by:

    • Leading the day-to-day execution of the game’s monetisation strategy and live-ops calendar and driving the success of in-game sales, offers, and live events
    • Analysing the game metrics and proactively identifying and implementing optimizations to improve the player experience and core financial performance keeping in mind the needs of a mature F2P game
    • Defining the strategic plans for short term revenue increase and long term LTV increase for live-ops
    • Supporting the economy designer by monitoring the game economy and giving recommendations for balancing and future experimentation
    • Being responsible for monetisation and segmentation A/B tests and translating the results into actions that help steer the game into the right direction
    • Constantly bringing an outside-in view and deep market expertise by benchmarking competitors and identifying new and promising practices from the games in the market

Experience and skills we are looking for:

    • Experience working as a Product Manager with live F2P mobile titles
    • Deep understanding of F2P live-ops, economy, and game design and eagerness to learn about Angry Birds players
    • Proven analytical capabilities (ex. Excel, SQL, dashboard utilisation) with the ability and drive to analyse data independently
    • Experience in tuning and balancing live-ops features to drive sustainable performance
    • Prior experience with building hypothesis for A/B testing and a good understanding of statistical inference
    • Experience with strategy building and ability to translate the overall strategy into a roadmap
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
