  • Manage revenue, growth, and performance metrics of credit products.
  • Oversee third-party relationships for product functionality.

As the Senior Product Manager – Innovation Specialist, you will define the product vision and manage the product execution process across the credit data product portfolio. Your key responsibility will be to bring new core credit products and services to the financial sector, with a strong focus on innovating the credit profile—enhancing how creditworthiness is assessed, enriched, and delivered to meet evolving market needs.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will plan and manage development projects from start to finish, ensuring that the products meet customer needs and drive measurable business impact. You will report to the Senior Director of Product Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong vision and execution to our product group and partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive net new revenue growth in the North American market.
  • Work with Product Managers/Leaders across the business to stay connected to user needs and articulate business scenarios across a portfolio of products.
  • Own the end-to-end process: ideation, concept design, launch, and commercialization.
  • Lead innovation initiatives focused on the evolution of the credit profile, including the integration of alternative data, advanced analytics, and new scoring methodologies.
  • Develop product enhancements, new products, and go-to-market activities by collaborating with cross-functional Experian business units, product teams, and external partners.
  • Apply business metrics to prioritize opportunities and support the sales team in identifying target accounts and markets, driving adoption within specific sales verticals.
  • Drive the strategic implementation of product roadmaps and marketing plans to build sales pipelines.
  • Manage the revenue, growth, and performance metrics of your credit-based products, tracking progress against fiscal year goals.
  • Oversee third-party relationships that support product functionality and innovation.

Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience in Product Management for B2B or D2C products.
  • 10 years of experience in the Financial Services industry with deep credit expertise.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation in credit data or financial products.
  • Familiarity with marketing frameworks and Agile product development.
  • Experience conducting user interviews and collaborating with analytics, operations, systems, and marketing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience; Master's degree preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related experience and education.
