Area Overview: The Business Intelligence area is part of the Vice Presidency of Strategy, Marketing, and Customer Experience. Its mission is to transform data into strategic information for decision-making, generating value through prospect, client, and product analysis, data visualization, segmentation, commercial intelligence, and advanced analytics. This area works cross-functionally with teams from the same Vice Presidency such as Digital, Go to Market, CRM, Branding, and CX, as well as with other business areas such as Product, Commercial, Finance, Consulting, Data, and Operations.
Purpose of the role: To drive strategic and operational decision-making through rigorous and timely analysis of commercial, sales, and market information. This role will be key to transforming data into actionable intelligence, connecting business objectives with relevant analytical findings that support commercial planning, indicator management, and the identification of growth opportunities. Through the development of analytical tools, executive dashboards, and specialized reports, it will contribute to optimizing sales operations, anticipating trends, and strengthening the efficiency of recurring analysis processes at Datacrédito Experian.

Education: Professional in Administration, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. Postgraduate degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Analytics, or related areas (desirable).
