Job description

This role will be responsible for creating the Low-Level Design (LLD) and Deployment Engineering plan for projects that optimize, improve, or expand our connectivity infrastructure for the consumption of revenue-related, non-revenue, and cloud services resources. Additionally, this position will work closely with security compliance, engineering, and operations teams to maintain a resilient and secure network infrastructure, complying with strict regulatory, governmental, and industry security control requirements.

The team works with a variety of manufacturers, including Fortinet, Cisco, Citrix, and Checkpoint, so having relevant certifications would be advantageous. A good understanding of IP, VPN, SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, switches, routers, load balancers, firewalls, proxies, WAF, and IPS is required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of proven experience in managing, provisioning, and implementing network and network security technologies in a global and diverse environment.
• Expert level in hands-on configuration of network equipment, management tools, and network analyzers.
• Ability to write detailed procedures and maintain updated documentation.
• Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent skills are preferred.
• Expert knowledge in Layer 3 technologies, including: IPv4, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, PIM, HSRP, DMVPN, NHRP, and GETVPN.
• Operational experience with load balancing technologies and platforms such as Citrix, F5, among others.
