Job Description

• Operational Health: Analyze data and create operational indicators focused on efficiency to improve the performance of Pix and Openfinance operations, mitigating failures and exploring improvements through reasons for failure/unsuccess/return.
• Regulatory Governance: Analyze and interpret received regulations (Bacen, Sefaz, and other bodies) to measure the impact on the operation of products/services provided by Pagueveloz.
• Facilitate communication between areas involved in product development and operation (Customer Service, Commercial, Operations, Products, Technology, Risks, Finance), seeking efficiency and mapping process pain points.
• Monitor Issues, create and update process documentation and operational flows.

Qualifications

• Required experience in Fintechs and/or companies regulated by Bacen.
• Knowledge of Bacen/Sefaz regulations/norms.
• Graduation in Technology, Accounting, Administration, and related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL Server.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Familiarity with massive data and process analysis.
