Business Development is the area responsible for deepening client relationships through the integration of our information solutions, consulting, analytics, and software platforms at different stages of their business cycle to support the achievement of their strategic objectives. It is the area responsible for driving the adoption of new innovation solutions, sharing market best practices, and identifying opportunities to transform client processes.
Purpose of the role:
A Business Developer is the person who leads the comprehensive understanding and analysis of our clients' needs according to their strategic plan, market opportunities, trends and threats, their growth goals, cost restrictions, and internal digital transformation and business expansion projects.
Additionally, they must ensure that clients' investment in Experian products is properly implemented and adopted to achieve measurable improvements in their business and deliver the added value the client expects.
They must have the ability to structure plans that allow supporting the client in achieving their goals through the products and services available in Experian's portfolio, generate accompaniment and monitoring plans to ensure that clients' investment in Experian products generates a positive impact on their business, and develop businesses in conjunction with the commercial area to add greater value to Experian and clients.
