The SME Linkage Executive will promote commercial alliances with various commercial associations and potential clients like service integrators, focusing on small and medium-sized businesses. This involves comprehensive relationship building across company areas to increase revenue for the SME VP and achieve set targets. Responsibilities include effective monthly sales closures, daily telemarketing, scheduling client appointments, on-site client visits, and ensuring compliance with the current Linkage Policy.
Must have:
  • Achieve effective monthly sales closures.
  • Perform daily telemarketing to prospective clients.
  • Schedule appointments with profiled clients.
  • Visit clients at their company facilities.
  • Conduct necessary verifications according to policy.
  • Offer solutions through consultative selling.
  • Send proposals to profiled and validated clients in Salesforce.
  • Increase natural client base daily through referrals and cold calling.
  • Review and execute daily client and budget forecasts.
  • Report daily telephone and in-person management to director/coordinator.
  • Continuously follow up with clients to ensure sales.
  • Manage to increase potential client base.
  • Register daily client interactions in Salesforce.
  • Comply with the Linkage Policy in all process phases.
  • Diligently complete client linkage documents and submit them.
  • Support clients in post-sale product processes.
  • Attend training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and commercial skills.
  • Self-train on relevant work topics.
  • Higher education or university student in administrative careers.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a commercial advisor in B2B sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Consultative selling skills.
  • Effective closing skills.
  • Experience in after-sales, telemarketing, telephone, and in-person sales.
  • Knowledge of office software.

Job Description

Promote commercial alliances with different commercial associations, as well as with potential clients such as service integrators, who have reach to small and medium-sized businesses. All this through an integral relationship between the different areas of the companies, which allows increasing the income of the VP of SME and thus achieving the fulfillment of the established goals.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Effectively close monthly sales assigned by the company.
  • Daily telemarketing of the product to prospective clients.
  • Schedule appointments for profiled clients obtained through telemarketing.
  • Visit the client at their company facilities.
  • Perform necessary verifications according to training and the current Linkage Policy.
  • Offer solutions to the client through consultative selling that allows identifying needs and offering the most suitable solution from our portfolio of services and products.
  • Send proposals to duly profiled and validated clients in Salesforce, with accurate and timely information, to market products and solutions.
  • Increase your natural client base daily, by obtaining referrals and acquiring new clients through cold calling.
  • Review and execute daily forecast of clients and budgets.
  • Report daily telephone and in-person management to the director/coordinator.
  • Continuously follow up with clients to ensure sales.
  • Perform the necessary management to increase your base of potential clients.
  • Register daily in Salesforce the management carried out with clients to generate an updated status.
  • Comply with the Linkage Policy in each phase of the process.
  • Diligently complete the documents for client linkage, and submit them with the sales support areas.
  • Accompany the client in post-sale product processes.
  • Attend training and development sessions proposed by HR and the leadership team to strengthen product knowledge and develop commercial skills.
  • Self-training and self-development on topics of interest associated with your work.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Higher education, technologists, or university students in their final semesters in administrative careers such as: business administration, accounting, finance, industrial engineering, marketing, international trade, systems engineering, and related fields.
  • Experience 2-3 years of experience as a commercial advisor with sales techniques for intangible/tangible services in B2B businesses. • Experience in selling for technology companies (desirable) • CRM management (Salesforce).
  • Consultative selling: Ability to persuade to discover client needs through effective questions that generate relevant information for the sales process. • Effective closing: Ability to lead the client to a final purchase decision. • After-sales services, telemarketing, telephone sales, in-person sales, and corporate client maintenance. • Office software knowledge.
