Job Description

Purpose of the Role

Lead the development of the company's growth strategy in Spanish Latam, aligning business priorities with a comprehensive view of the market, clients, and competitive evolution.

Will be responsible for leading M&A initiatives, defining the customer experience strategy, ensuring rigorous tracking of business OKRs, and competitive analysis at the market and regional levels to accelerate differentiation and sustainable value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Strategy:

  • Define, update, and facilitate the execution of the 5-year regional growth strategy
  • Identify expansion and diversification opportunities that generate sustainable value

M&A:

  • Identify strategic targets, lead business evaluations, and coordinate due diligence

Customer Experience:

  • Lead the vision and roadmap for customer experience in the region, ensuring consistency and measurable impact
  • Drive NPS, satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives based on customer insights

OKRs and Strategic Performance Management:

  • Define and implement the OKR framework for the region together with business leaders
  • Quarterly follow-up on strategic progress and support teams in closing gaps

Competitive and Market Intelligence:

  • Quarterly monitor economic environment dynamics, regulatory changes, new entrants, and technological evolution
  • Monthly monitor key competitors in countries - define the methodology for calculating market share in each country
  • Generate strategic recommendations based on market analysis and benchmarking

Cross-functional Leadership:

  • Work closely with the executive committee, commercial, product, marketing, finance, innovation, technology, and talent areas
