Job Description

Coordinate and supervise billing processes in assigned countries, ensuring compliance with internal policies, local regulations, and quality standards, with a focus on operational efficiency, risk control, information integrity, and traceability of issued documents. Responsibilities include designing and optimizing processes, supervising integration with financial systems, managing relationships with e-invoicing providers, handling incidents, and documenting procedures.
Must have:

  • Manage relationships with electronic invoicing providers and tax authorities.
  • Manage incidents and ensure operational continuity through corrective and preventive actions.
  • Document processes and keep operational manuals updated.
  • Lead the implementation of improvements in billing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with fiscal, legal, and corporate requirements.
  • Prepare regional reports to monitor performance and compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Support internal and external audits related to billing.
  • Coordinate with IT, Finance, Legal, local and regional teams.
  • Train local teams on new policies, tools, and processes.

Purpose of the role:

Coordinate and supervise billing processes in assigned countries, ensuring compliance with internal policies, local regulations and quality standards, with a focus on operational efficiency, risk control, information integrity and traceability of issued documents.

Responsibilities of the role:

Operational and technical:

1. Design and optimize billing processes to reduce errors and improve operational efficiency

2. Supervise the correct integration of billing with accounting and financial systems, ensuring consistency in financial information

3. Manage the relationship with electronic invoicing providers and tax authorities to guarantee service continuity and regulatory compliance

4. Manage incidents and ensure operational continuity through corrective and preventive actions.

5. Document processes and keep operational manuals updated to guarantee standardization and knowledge transfer.

Strategic and continuous improvement:

6. Lead the implementation of improvements in billing processes, identifying opportunities for automation, standardization and digital transformation in alignment with regional objectives.

7. Ensure compliance with fiscal, legal and corporate requirements.

8. Prepare regional reports that allow monitoring of performance and compliance with SLAs and KPIs

Relational and support:

9. Support internal and external audits related to billing, providing accurate information and required documentation

10. Coordinate with IT, Finance, Legal, local and regional teams to ensure process integrity and information consistency.

11. Train local teams on new policies, tools and processes, ensuring correct adoption and compliance.

Required profile:

Education: Professional training in Accounting, Administration or related fields.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in electronic invoicing processes and multi-country LATAM tax regulations.

Required technical knowledge: Management of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), electronic invoicing platforms and advanced Excel

Languages: Advanced English (Desirable)
