Full Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Full QA Analyst passionate about quality to join our team. You will play a collaborative role in ensuring the quality of our products, working together with development and product teams to deliver high-quality software to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the creation and execution of test plans to ensure software quality across different platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
• Perform manual and exploratory tests to identify bugs and failures.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of test automation scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with the development team in identifying the root cause of bugs and implementing solutions.
• Document test results and report defects clearly and concisely.
• Actively participate in the agile development process, collaborating with development and product teams.
• Analyze product requirements and provide feedback on quality and testability.
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in software testing.

Qualifications

• Experience as a QA in software development projects.
• Knowledge of different testing techniques, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Experience with API and web services testing.
• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Ability to write test cases and test scenarios.
• Experience with defect management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to work in a team and independently on tasks.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Differentials:

• Knowledge or experience with test automation (UI, API, integration).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Knowledge or experience with performance and load testing.
