Job Description

Serasa Experian, Brazil's largest Datatech, is seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant. This full-time role involves internal customer service via chat, phone, and email, general administrative procedures, managing email and WhatsApp groups, tracking spreadsheets, ensuring compliance with area procedures, financial control, assisting with invoice and bill flow, organizing office supplies, processing purchase requisitions, and managing ECS/PV travel. Candidates should have higher education (ongoing or complete, preferably in Administration), intermediate Office Suite skills, experience with internal/external customer service, good communication and writing, and strong organizational and time management abilities. This is an affirmative position for women.

Job Description

  • Assisting in organizing and administering the flow of receiving and sending invoices and bills
  • Organizing and inventorying office supplies;
  • Opening purchase requisitions in systems, as needed;
  • ECS/PV travel management

Qualifications

  • Higher education, ongoing or complete, preferably in Administration;
  • Intermediate Office Suite;
  • Experience with internal/external customer service;
  • Good communication and writing;
  • Organization and time management.
