Job Summary
ONI is seeking an enthusiastic APAC and EU Operations Coordinator to join its pioneering team. This role is crucial for establishing and managing ONI’s EU warehouse and logistics capabilities, while also serving as the primary operational link between Commercial and Operations for APAC distributors. The coordinator will ensure end-to-end visibility from sales order to shipment and installation across EU and APAC, provide S&OP risk inputs, and maintain operational documentation. The role is highly execution-focused with significant cross-functional and distributor-facing responsibilities.
Must Have
- Identify, implement, and manage EU warehouse and/or 3PL partners for storage, relabelling, and reboxing activities.
- Own inbound and outbound coordination for EU inventory movements.
- Establish and manage basic 3PL SLAs, performance metrics, and escalation paths.
- Ensure correct handling and documentation for dangerous goods and cold storage where applicable.
- Act as the operational bridge between Commercial / Distributors, and Operations.
- Coordinate installs, RMAs, consumables deliveries, and hardware demo logistics with Global Distribution Manager.
- Ensure operational readiness ahead of installs and demos (stock, spares, consumables, documentation).
- Track EU and APAC sales orders from SO through shipment, delivery, and installation.
- Maintain clear visibility of order status, logistics readiness, and install scheduling for the region.
- Proactively highlight delivery, customs, stock, and resource risks.
- Support project management of early-stage operational initiatives, working directly with the Senior Manager, Operations.
- Build and maintain pivot tables, dashboards, and KPI reporting to support day-to-day execution and APAC scale readiness.
- Own and maintain EU warehouse and APAC distributor operations SOPs and checklists.
- Ensure Incoterms-specific workflows are documented and followed.
- Continuously improve operational workflows as scale increases.

- Experience setting up new EU warehouses or relabelling operations.
- Strong data analysis capability using Excel, Python, SQL, or BI tools to identify failure patterns, system performance trends, and insights.
- Ability to build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and automated reporting across service, production, and product reliability metrics.
- Exposure to life sciences tools, instrumentation, or hardware products.
- Degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

This role is responsible for establishing and operating ONI’s EU warehouse and logistics capability while acting as the primary operational bridge between Commercial and Operations for APAC distributors. The role ensures end-to-end visibility from sales order through shipment and installation across EU and APAC, provides structured S&OP risk inputs, and maintains operational documentation and SOPs. In the initial phase, the role will also support project management of key operational initiatives and build foundational dashboards, pivot tables, and KPIs to improve execution visibility ahead of APAC scale. It is a highly execution-focused role with strong cross-functional and distributor-facing responsibility.
Your role at ONI

Essential skills and qualifications:
- 3–6+ years’ experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or commercial operations within hardware, life sciences, or technical products.
- Proven experience managing warehousing, 3PLs, or regional logistics operations.
- Familiarity with dangerous goods and cold storage handling and compliance.
- Strong understanding of international order-to-delivery execution, including customs and shipping.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms (DAP, DDP, FCA, EXW).
- Experience working with distributors, ideally across APAC or EU.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong tracking, escalation, and execution discipline.
- Excellent people skills with the ability to build trust across Sales, Operations, Finance, Service, and external partners.
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and dashboard creation.
- Confident use of ERP, CRM, and logistics tracking tools (NetSuite, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
