The Business Consultant at Experian is an expert in credit cycle, digital transformation, and data governance. They leverage their business vision to generate insights, enriching client processes and proposing transformative solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying high-value opportunities for clients to optimize placement, risk, overdue portfolio, and churn indicators. They also propose analytical models and policies to enhance client operations, maintaining a global market vision to identify deviations and capture opportunities from trend changes.

  • Provide consulting services to clients to solve specific needs in different company areas.
  • Share experience and knowledge through existing local and global best practices to support clients' business objectives.
  • Develop tailored solutions based on market practices and company solutions.
  • Manage the development and implementation of client consulting, including technical design, architecture, analysis, and solution integration.
  • Develop value propositions for clients, clearly including strategic challenges and how products/solutions impact results.
  • Develop digital transformation consulting to integrate Experian solutions into the client's Customer Journey.

Purpose of the position:

The business consultant is an expert in the different stages of the credit cycle, digital transformation, and data governance. Their business vision and experience allow them to generate insights that enrich client processes and propose solutions that transform and improve their processes.

Deliverables:

The business consultant must identify high-value opportunities in clients at the level of optimization and improvement of their indicators for: placement, risk, overdue portfolio, desertion. Likewise, propose analytical models, policies, and studies that allow optimizing the client's operation.

The business consultant must have a global market vision and be able to identify specific deviations that the client can correct in their indicators and opportunities that can be captured according to changes in trends.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Support the consulting sales process based on their experience and business vision to help the client understand the value that Experian provides through its solutions.
  • Provide consulting services to our clients so that specific needs in different areas of the company can be resolved.
  • Share experience and knowledge through existing local and global best practices to accompany clients in their business objectives.
  • Develop solutions tailored to client needs based on market practices and solutions available to the company.
  • Manage the development and implementation of consulting services for clients, including technical design, architecture, analysis, and solution integration.
  • Develop the value proposition for clients, clearly including the client's strategic challenges, how products/solutions could contribute to strategy development, and how these would impact results.
  • Develop digital transformation consulting seeking to integrate Experian solutions into our clients' Customer Journey.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Industrial Engineer, Mathematical Economist, Statistician, Business Administrator, or related fields.
  • Specialization in Administration, Finance, Business Intelligence, Product Management, or Analytics (Desirable)
  • More than 4 years of experience, at least one year in related positions in companies in the financial, telecommunications, or insurance sectors in positions related to credit risk, product management, business intelligence, or consulting.
  • Experience in consulting in the financial sector and client acquisition.
  • Basic knowledge in model development and credit risk.
  • Intermediate English (B1)
  • CRM (Salesforce) (Desirable)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel.
  • Python, SQL, or R (Desirable)
