Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Development Analyst to join our team! If you are passionate about technology and want to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of code, focusing on performance, security, scalability, and good practices such as testing and metrics.
• Participate in the definition of architecture, frameworks, and contribute to the creation of guidelines that support less senior developers.
• Identify and solve problems independently, seeking to mitigate the recurrence of failures.
• Understand business demands and transform them into technical solutions, aligning technology with the organization's objectives.
• Influence team priorities, balancing technological innovation with operational needs and resolving technical debt to ensure continuous deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience in software development using GoLang, with an understanding of the language's deficiencies and efficiencies.
• Experience in using cloud resources (queues, databases, data streams).
• Ability to work well in a team, collaborating with different team fronts and leading certain tasks.
• Practice in using software design and system architecture knowledge.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
