Overview
Leads Publicis Group’s Audio-Visual Production Department, that sits at the heart of the advertising agency’s offering, being able to craft the work across the board, and contribute to the agency’s creative excellency. Advertising is 80 percent idea, but it is also 80 percent execution, so grasping each opportunity throughout the creative and production process, to inspire and delight is key in this role, through solid partnerships and collaborations that can create the kind of magic that cannot go unnoticed.
Technical & Product
- Comprehensive understanding of the film production industry and creative judgement driving great work partnerships across the board with no limits.
- Rich production capabilities and creative input that contributes to a solid content driven agency that works efficiently, while raising the bar of excellency, overall creative output, and results.
- Ability to lead on high profile campaigns, while growing the function on regional and global projects across Publicis Groupe.
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
- Great understanding of the nature of each agency/business/client, setting up the right module to produce for each in the best possible way, by identifying the right stakeholders/partners.
- Strong business overview of agency/client spending nature, to identify the best way to utilize budgets, work with certain constrains and time limitations, while of course controlling all costs, and negotiations.
- Assure a proper process is put in place across all stakeholders within the agency/clients/vendors with a strong production team, leading the execution and ensuring projects are delivered within time and budget.
- Deep understanding of the different cultures across the ME/GCC/Globally, and an accumulated experience in the Advertising Industry.
Innovative & Analytical Mindset
- Strong strive to add value to each project beyond the traditional Advertising. (TVC, Radio, Still Photography, Social & Live Activations, Interactive and Integrated Campaigns) through continuous learning and development.
- Capability to collaborate with platforms like Facebook, Tiktok, Shahid…etc. to be able to create, lead, and produce Branded Content that can stand out in the entertainment category.
- Contribute to elevating the production quality/creative outcome, to be recognized across different occasions and awarded in multiple international forums.

- 15+ years of work experience with a proven track record of great work and awards recognition.
- Set clear KPIs, guideline, objectives for the team based on their respective roles so they are aware what is expected from them and the areas of improvement that they need to focus on.
- Facilitate and foster the continuous learning and improvement culture. Cascade the knowledge and expertise with the team while also sharing new trends and technologies with the wider Creative and Communication Management teams to improve their production skills and knowledge.
- Identify a clear winning strategy against all production projects and take all necessary actions to achieve the desired results:
