About the Role

We are a technology-driven fintech company on a mission to transform how individuals and institutions manage their finances. As a Senior React Developer, you will lead the development of secure, scalable, and high-performance front-end applications that power our financial platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and ensure our applications meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of responsive and accessible user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
• Architect and implement scalable front-end solutions aligned with fintech industry standards
• Integrate with APIs to display real-time financial data and analytics
• Ensure performance, security, and compliance standards are met in all front-end code
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews
• Stay current with front-end trends, especially in fintech and wealth management

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience building production-grade React applications
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery and TypeScript
• Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Context API)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with Git and modern CI/CD workflows
• Strong attention to detail, especially in data presentation and UI/UX
• Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated industries

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts)
• Knowledge of security best practices in front-end development
• Exposure to GraphQL and backend-for-frontend (BFF) patterns
• Experience with SSR frameworks like Next.js or Remix
• Certified Front-End Developer or equivalent experience
