Senior RnD Developer (C++)

Responsibilities

• Work on state-of-the-art projects involving advanced 3D graphics rendering for desktop, mobile, cloud, and AR/VR experiences.
• Build modern C++ applications using both high- and low-level APIs.
• Use profiling tools and optimize performance to deliver highly efficient and scalable GIS solutions.
• Gain exposure to low-latency networking, software architecture, UI design, 3D modeling, generative AI development, simulation industry standards, and immersive web experiences using Angular and TypeScript.
• Utilize modern development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native microservices to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• Partner with a diverse team of creative technologists to optimize development processes and contribute ideas that lead to groundbreaking products
• Implement innovative AI-driven solutions for specialized tasks, enhancing product capabilities and user experiences.
• Set your sights on future opportunities to evolve into a tech lead, mentoring peers and shaping our technical roadmap.

Competencies

• You bring deep expertise in modern C++ development and strive for clean, efficient, and robust solutions.
• You’re familiar with—or willing to learn about—several of the following areas: 3D graphics and rendering via low-level graphics APIs, GPU compute, multithreading, linear algebra and geometry, performance profiling, network programming, and generative AI.
• Experience with C# for web and desktop development and TypeScript for front-end development with Angular is a plus.
• Technical challenges don’t hold you back. You know how to solve problems independently but also recognize when it’s better to ask for help. If a task requires learning an entirely new tool or programming language, you’ll consult documentation and complete tutorials. If a requirement is unclear, you collaborate with business experts and use your creativity to propose solutions. Nothing can stop you.
• You hold a relevant degree and have hands-on industry experience, particularly integrating AI solutions to tackle complex problems. You embrace technical challenges and enjoy learning new technologies.
• With strong English proficiency and excellent communication skills, you can translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
• You thrive in collaborative environments and are ready to join our team in the office three days a week to foster creativity and innovation.
