Sales Enablement & Learning sits within the Business Development and Sales group, which is responsible for helping clients build their businesses and provide better outcomes for investors. Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement & Learning, the Program Manager partners with stakeholders across the organization to develop, execute, and optimize training programs and enablement initiatives that drive sales effectiveness, confidence, and performance. We’re looking for a proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented enablement professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about the development of others, understands the strategic account executive role, and is skilled at delivering engaging learning experiences that translate to measurable impact.
