Salary: $115-135K/annually

Most Important:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce
- Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and legacy platforms
- Strong debugging, system optimization, and performance tuning skills for always-on environments
- Comfortable translating business needs into scalable, reliable CRM features and workflows
Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce development, including Apex triggers/classes and Lightning components
- Proficient with REST/SOAP APIs and common frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in Agile teams
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Jira, VS Code, and deployment platforms like Copado
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement custom Salesforce features to meet evolving business needs
- Lead technical efforts on CRM projects, including data model design, integrations, and automation
- Work closely with stakeholders to define solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Maintain and improve system reliability, scalability, and performance
- Mentor team members and contribute to Agile ceremonies and best practices
