We are seeking an experienced Senior SharePoint Administrator and Developer to join Sitecore’s ET Infrastructure team. This role will play a key part in designing, developing, and managing Sitecore SharePoint sites, ensuring robust configuration, policy adherence, and governance. You will be responsible for developing tailored SharePoint solutions, managing permissions and site collections, implementing workflows, and collaborating across teams to deliver scalable business outcomes. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and security of internal systems while supporting and enabling end users.

Must have:

5 years of experience in SharePoint administration and development
Proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Power Automate, and PowerShell scripting
Hands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and client-side development
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure services
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Good to have:

Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer or equivalent
Experience with SharePoint migrations and version upgrades
Knowledge of SQL Server and database management
Understanding of Agile methodologies
Relevant Power Platform certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals

What You’ll Do:

Implement and maintain SharePoint workflows and business processes
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and deliver technical requirements
Ensure the security and integrity of SharePoint data
Provide end-user training and ongoing support
Stay current with SharePoint updates, trends, and best practices

What You Need to Succeed:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint administration and development
