Job Description
Senior Technical Game Designer needed for midcore mobile game development using Unity. Responsibilities include setting up NPCs (behavior, interaction, features, characters), designing and building 3D levels, creating quests and calendar events, setting up weapons/consumables, interactive objects (loot, benches, resources), and introducing new development practices. Experience with Unity (3+ years), JSON/XML, and 3D level design is required. C# knowledge and experience working with code are valuable assets. The role includes mentoring junior specialists and conducting code reviews. This position is based in Cyprus.

- 3 or more years of experience with Unity
- experience in developing midcore mobile games
- skills in creating game prototypes
- experience working with JSON or XML
- experience in level design of 3D locations
Will come in handy:
- knowledge of C#
- experience working with code (search and work with complete or self-written code)
Some points on tasks:
- setting up NPCs: behavior, interaction logic, features, and characters
- setting up locations: building level design, filling levels with objects and NPCs
- creating and setting up quests
- setting up calendar events
- setting up weapons and consumables for a character
- setting up interactive objects: loot, benches, resources, etc.
- introducing new development practices and patterns
- writing technical documentation
- mentoring other specialists, conducting code reviews
