As a Senior User Acquisition professional, you will develop and execute paid media strategies, manage high marketing budgets, and optimize campaigns across various platforms to meet KPIs. This role involves collaborating with creative and product teams, analyzing marketing data, and fostering relationships with industry stakeholders. We seek a sharp, analytical, and communicative individual with 2+ years of UA/Media Buyer experience, proficient in Excel and fluent in English, ready to drive growth in a dynamic environment.
Must have:
  • Create and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy for UA activities.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices, continually refining marketing messaging.
  • Plan and oversee high marketing budgets, set up, and optimize paid campaigns to meet KPIs.
  • Work with creative teams to create visually appealing assets.
  • Collaborate with product teams, community managers, and other studio departments.
  • Monitor and analyze Marketing data to evaluate content effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop an efficient growth process, including new partner onboarding and ongoing relationships.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the mobile gaming industry.
  • 2+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager/Media Buyer.
  • Sharp-minded and creative thinker with passion for Gaming, Marketing, and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to lead projects from A to Z with a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Experience working with Appsflyer / other MMPs.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient with Excel - a must.
  • Fluent English.
Good to have:
  • Proven experience with DSPs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

What will you be doing?

  • Plan and oversee high marketing budgets, set up, and optimize paid campaigns on multiple platforms and channels, to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work with creative teams to create visually appealing assets.
  • Collaborate with product teams, community managers and other studio departments.
  • Monitor and analyze Marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of our content and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop an efficient growth process, including new partner onboarding and ongoing relationships.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the mobile gaming industry, including publishers and marketing partners.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager/Media Buyer (adventage - proven experience with DSPs).
  • Sharp-minded and creative thinker with passion for Gaming, Marketing, and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to lead projects from A to Z with a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Experience working with Appsflyer / other MMPs.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient with Excel - a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field – an advantage.
  • Fluent English.
