General Summary:

This role is part of Qualcomm Ventures team. Qualcomm ventures has been making investments in technology focused start-ups since our inception in 2000. We actively invest in emerging technologies that touch key areas such as AI, SaaS, Robotics, Mobility, and IoT. As a corporate VC, we differentiate ourselves by providing our portfolio companies with industry insights, technical guidance, and access to key partners within the rapidly changing wireless ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Work on identifying investment opportunities, do sector analysis and work on financial models and portfolio management.
• Collecting, analyzing and synthesizing second and third party Market Research data for senior management
• Strong financial skills (analysis, valuation, and modeling)
• Responsible for creating Marketing collateral, overview presentations
• Coordinating marketing events and shows
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Intellectually curious and passionate about startups and technology
• Self-driven with ability to deliver high quality results in remote working environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior engineering/other experience in tech industry or investment related experience in venture capital.
