Responsibilities include independently organizing daily workflow, overseeing service center operations and warranty costs, maintaining workshop and vehicles, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, handling customer inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent service. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, digitally savvy, a strong communicator (fluent in German and good English), a team player, flexible (including shift work and weekend availability), and holds a valid EU driver's license and German work permit.
