Job Description

The Corporate Applications ServiceNow Administrator is a key contributor to the ISS STOXX Information Technology team, working across various ServiceNow applications and business teams. This highly visible role supports mission-critical applications like ITSM, CSM, SPM, Corporate Services, and Knowledge. Responsibilities include access provisioning, resolving end-user issues, patching, creating reports and dashboards, and updating catalogs and record producers. The role requires strong communication and adaptability to various projects and platforms, supporting the Global Helpdesk and PMO.
Must have:
  • Conduct day to day production activities, data maintenance, cleaning and verification in ServiceNow.
  • Providing general support, administration, and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Working directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow.
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of the ServiceNow service catalog.
  • Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
  • Assisting in the creation and configuration of notifications, client scripts, business rules, metrics, and more within ServiceNow.
  • Fulfill Service Requests assigned to the group within the scope of support.
  • Assist in data imports/exports and maintain integrations to ServiceNow, AD, Salesforce and other internal applications.
  • Perform end to end testing of fixes/enhancements – execute unit and integration tests.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and XML
  • Experience in building Service Catalogs and Record Producers
  • Experience with advanced excel data analysis (Formulas, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s etc.)
  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
  • ITIL foundations certification

Position Overview

The Corporate Applications ServiceNow Administrator is a key contributor to the ISS STOXX Information Technology team and will have the opportunity to work across various ServiceNow applications and business teams. The position is a highly visible role and a key member of the ISS STOXX Information Technology team as ServiceNow is a mission critical application supporting ISS STOXX Global Helpdesk and PMO.

As this role is customer-facing, the candidate filling this position must be able to communicate well with co-workers and business teams. This role must be adoptive to various projects and platforms.

The role is responsible for supporting our ServiceNow applications including (ITSM, CSM, SPM, Corporate Services, Knowledge etc.). The ServiceNow administrator will perform access provisioning, resolve end user issues, perform patching, create reports and dashboards, update catalogs and record producers and other configurations.

Responsibilities

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Has ability to gather and analyze requirements from users and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Conduct day to day production activities, data maintenance, cleaning and verification in ServiceNow.
  • Providing general support, administration, and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Working directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow.
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of the ServiceNow service catalog.
  • Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
  • Assisting in the creation and configuration of notifications, client scripts, business rules, metrics, and more within ServiceNow.
  • Fulfill Service Requests assigned to the group within the scope of support.
  • Assist in data imports/exports and maintain integrations to ServiceNow, AD, Salesforce and other internal applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a multi-location team environment.
  • Perform end to end testing of fixes/enhancements – execute unit and integration tests.
  • Some project management and/or business analysis experience.
  • Ability to learn new concepts and business processes rapidly with the enthusiasm to drive new initiatives and projects forward.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with ServiceNow platform use.
  • Strong knowledge in ServiceNow Administration.
  • Must have experience in writing requirements document and design documentation.
  • Knowledge in configuration and scripting within ServiceNow including Flows, Client scripts, Business rules, UI Policies, Notifications, and Access controls.
  • Knowledge and experience in user provisioning, roles and permissions.
  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and XML is a plus.
  • Experience in building Service Catalogs and Record Producers is a plus.
  • Experience in conducting code / configuration reviews and utilizing configuration management tools.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills are a must.
  • Demonstrates strong ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to schedules and KPIs, effectively communicating issues and proposed solutions; collaborates well across teams and departments, engages with both business users and technical personnel, and consistently applies new concepts and techniques to enhance day-to-day operations and project outcomes.
  • Ability to design solutions that incorporate best business practices with user’s requirements.
  • Experience with advanced excel data analysis (Formulas, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s etc.) is a plus
  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification is a plus.
  • ITIL foundations certification is a plus.
  • Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility, including flexibility in working hours to support employees and customers across multiple time zones.

Work Shift and Arrangement

  • Embrace a dynamic work environment to work on a mid-shift (2PM-11PM or 3PM-12AM).
  • Amenable to go on a hybrid working arrangement (at least 3 days work onsite per week) and work in Makati City.
