Software Engineer

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Java Developer to join our Professional Services team. This role blends technical development skills with consulting capabilities, chipping in to high-impact international projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, software development, in a collaborative team environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based solutions for financial sector clients.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams on global projects, from concept to delivery.
• Act as a technical consultant, understanding client needs and proposing effective solutions.
• Chip in to continuous improvement of tools and processes within the team.
• Communicate optimally with clients and colleagues, fostering a positive and motivated team culture.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Experience in Java development (Java SE/EE).
• Knowledge of frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or similar.
• Familiarity with relational databases (SQL).
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written) for international collaboration.
• Strong partnership and social skills.
• Experience with modern messaging and streaming technologies such as Apache Kafka and Amazon SQS.
