Job Description

The Software Engineering Fellowship is a unique track within our Technology Internship Program, focusing on technical learning, career development, and professional skills. Fellows will explore software design fundamentals and work with a mentor to grow their skills. This is a 10-12 week paid, full-time internship for undergraduate students passionate about technology, especially rising sophomores and juniors without prior software engineering internships.
Must Have:

The Software Engineering Fellowship is a unique track within our Technology Internship Program that focuses on building technical learning, career development, and professional skills, helping students create connections between their academic work and the technology industry. Fellows will explore the fundamentals of good software design and work alongside a professional mentor to grow their skills.

This is a 10 to 12-week paid, full-time internship for undergraduate students with a desire to learn and a passion for technology. Although students at all levels are welcome to apply, this program is targeted towards rising sophomore and junior students (class of 2027 and 2028) who may not have previously held a software engineering internship.

The Fellowship is a hybrid experience based out of our Chicago office. The summer program includes numerous opportunities to network with peers from across the country during a summer full of experiences such as excursions to enjoy Chicago traditions, trading and coding challenges with prizes, lunch and learn speaker series, and other opportunities for professional development.

Actual pay offered will be dependent on a wide array of factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills, education, location of the internship, and the internship area of focus.
