We are seeking an experienced Software Team Lead with strong expertise in C++ and Qt development to lead a team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-level C++ applications. Responsibilities include providing technical guidance, architecting solutions, establishing coding standards, overseeing the full development lifecycle, collaborating with product managers, reviewing code, managing project timelines, and staying current with emerging technologies.
Must have:
- 7-10 years of professional experience in C++ software development
- Experience with documentation development such as MMI requirements from SYRS, user stories etc.
- Strong understanding of the development architecture such as MVR etc
- Proven experience leading development teams in enterprise environments of GUI frontend
- Strong proficiency in C++ programming and Qt framework
- Experience with software design patterns and architecture principles
- Solid understanding of multithreading, memory management, and performance optimization
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of database integration and network programming
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
Good to have:
- Experience with cross-platform development using Qt
- Knowledge of GUI application development
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience with performance profiling and optimization
- Understanding of software testing frameworks and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
