Supporting the enterprise channel business for INDIA
Lead the development and implementation of the integrated go-to-market plan in the region/sub-region/country(ies), in line with sales team’s revenue and margin plan, including channel sell-through and sell-out programs, demand generation for channel marketers, and brand building programs. Create, drive, support, and execute integrated communication and messaging plans both outbound (customers, consumers) and inbound (Sales team). Manage the placement and communications at trade shows, events, end user seminar, and channel conferences. Coordinate regional/country initiatives and ensure integration with Global Marketing. Manage and develop agency base and key vendors; creative, media, BTL, PR, road team to help create and deliver marketing strategies. Provide region/sub-region/country(ies) insight into product portfolio definition.
