This role involves planning, designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing Oracle Financials in R12. The specialist will work closely with the business team to resolve day-to-day issues, train users in various modules like AP, AR, GL, CM, FA, AGIS, Project Accounting, EB tax, and Vertex. Key responsibilities include supporting month-end closing, resolving invoicing, approval, and payment issues, handling intercompany transactions, and designing new enhancements to meet business needs. The role also requires gathering reporting requirements and managing documentation for Oracle initiatives.

Must Have:- Plan, design, develop, implement, maintain, and enhance Oracle Financials in R12.
- Resolve day-to-day issues and train users in AP, AR, GL, CM, FA, AGIS, Project Accounting, EB tax, Vertex.
- Help in month-end closing process.
- Issue resolution on invoicing, approval, payment.
- Help in intercompany transactions.
- Resolving tax related issues in EB tax and Vertex.
- Design new enhancements to suit business needs.
- Gather reporting requirements and translate into Oracle Applications Design.
- Create, maintain, and manage documentation for Oracle Implementation and Support.
- Experience in Oracle ERP R12 Financials (7+ years).
- Experience with SLA, Tax and Project Accounting (3+ years).
- Experience accessing data in a relational database management system (3+ years).
- Experience with Systems Design, Implementation and Support (5+ years).
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS (R11/R12) Financials.
- Solid understanding of Oracle EBS database/table structures and module integration.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS customization/extension methodologies.
- Must have worked in implementing EB tax module including integration with Vertex.
- Excellent understanding of Oracle SLA, eb Tax and Accounting Setup Manager.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and technical staff.
